Currently, embassies in Pakistan and Dubai are issuing visas. Other places may also but cannot confirm that.
For Dubai - We supply an invitation letter to assist in the application process. The visa application takes 1-2 days. Monday-Friday only. Check for public holidays both in the UAE and Afghanistan as the embassy could be closed.

As of February 2026, the Eritrean VOA has been reinstated. You can get the visa on arrival through a travel agent with a tour booked.
