Here’s our simple, transparent booking process:

1. Submit a Tour Application

Each tour page includes an application link. Fill this out with your basic details so we can confirm suitability, availability, and travel logistics.

2. Receive Confirmation

Our team will review your application and confirm your place, along with any required documents (passport copy, medical info, visa requirements).

3. Pay the Deposit

A deposit holds your spot on the tour. Payment instructions will be emailed to you, along with your invoice and next steps. The deposit is normally €200 but this depends on how close to the tour departure date it is.

4. Complete Pre-Departure Requirements

We’ll guide you through visas, insurance, flight planning, and destination preparation. Everything you need is also available here in the hub.

5. Final Payment

Final payment is generally due 3 months before departure (this depends on the specific destination).

6. Travel!
